Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

According to Swedish and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order, without giving any reason.

Returns

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging.

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or we have made an error.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we have received the returned goods.

• Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

• Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)

• Custom or personalized items

• Digital products and downloadable content

• Intimate or sanitary goods (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@squidgo.se. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
